Working with PINCH has been a pleasure over the last 18 months. The collaborative approach and support from Katy and the team make them an ideal partner for us to achieve the goals we set out when entering into the agreement with them, and they continue to work very closely with the site management team to look at innovations, new offerings and meeting the end user needs with and ever-changing audience and requirements.

 

Nothing is too much trouble, and the quality of product always receives positive feedback which is great to see and provides an excellent platform to improve the service offering even further from.
