With 20 years in contract catering, Louis is an experienced Executive Chef skilled in high quality food delivery, team training, and service excellence.
Louis passion is street food which enhances his commitment to creativity and customer engagement. His focus is always on delivering an exceptional culinary experience.

Nathan Jones
Nathan is a natural trailblazer and seasoned entrepreneur, having led Harbour & Jones to unprecedented success over 13 years.
Nathan’s insatiable appetite for solving problems and his lovable, engaging and direct nature keeps us all on our toes. He’s also a phenomenal chef and great host!

Sally Jones
Sally is the protector of PINCH bringing a wealth of sales and operational experience. She is sharp, engaging and decisive with a keen eye on quality.
